Objective: To consolidate the storage of automobile supplies, parts and equipment in a user-friendly client environment for a quick and efficient customer service.
Solution: After analyzing Honda Degiro’s storage needs and available space, Montel proposed its new flexible and innovative hybrid 4-Post shelving system, the SmartShelf. Designed to be easily configured and reconfigured corresponding to the dimensions and weights of Honda Degiro’s current and future storing needs, the SmartShelf allowed the service department to store more, while considering a more efficient storage approach.
