Publications / Document Management - DocMaestro™ Software
Mid-America provides DocMaestro software solutions that allow the
creation of intelligent documents providing fast, full-text search
capabilities for technical publication, reports, meeting minutes
and more. Utilizing browser based access via the internet or company
intranet, users are able tto search through bodies of documents
to find all pages relating to a subject or name. Documents can be
stored in PDF formats as well as native formats such as DOC, XLS,
CAD, DWG, TIFF, etc.
Procedures on document authoring, editing and viewing can be administered
while automated hyperlinks can be established to provide immediate
links from Table of Contents (TOC) to subject matter in the publication.
Products
Infolinker - An Adobe Acrobat plugin that automates the
hyperlinking and bookmarking of Portable Document Format (PDF)
files. Links are created by a set of user defined rules that are
maintained even when pages are added or deleted from a document.
DocDepot - A browser based software system allowing multiple
user access to documents of any format via the Internet or company
Intranet. Document index searches and full text searches may be
performed while PDF documents hyperlinked with Infolinker can
be cataloged within DocDepot. Document authoring rights can be
established and documents may be sorted in logical groups to expedite
retrievals.
